       中國(guó)民營(yíng)經(jīng)濟(jì)國(guó)際合作商會(huì)創(chuàng)辦《中外民間交流》簡(jiǎn)報(bào)，其目的是在全球抗擊新冠病毒的背景下，讓國(guó)外民間組織和廣大朋友通過(guò)這一窗口，更多地了解中國(guó)和全球抗擊疫情的一些動(dòng)態(tài)，以及在抗擊疫情中的專家觀點(diǎn)、經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享、衛(wèi)生常識(shí)、企業(yè)合作和防護(hù)物資需求等相關(guān)信息，成為中外民間組織交流合作的一個(gè)平臺(tái)。簡(jiǎn)報(bào)每周兩期，希望她能夠?yàn)榇蠹規(guī)��?lái)一些新信息、新情況、新渠道。愿我們通過(guò)交流成為好朋友、好伙伴！

       The purpose of "The Brief Report on non government exchanges between China and foreign countries ",  which was compiled and printed by China International  Chamber of Commerce for the Private Sector, is to let foreign non-governmental organizations and friends know more about the trends of China and the world in the fight against the novel coronavirus  through this window, as well as experts' opinions, experience sharing, sense of common health care knowledge,  information on enterprise cooperation and demand for protective materials, to make it becoming a platform for exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and foreign non-governmental organization. We hope it can bring you some new information, new situation and new channels. May we become good friends and partners through exchanges!

       Global COVID-19 epidemic situation

      （1）全球確診病例突破200萬(wàn)，死亡人數(shù)突破13萬(wàn)。
       The number of COVID-19 cases surpassed 2,000,000 globally and more than 130,000 people have lost their lives.
      （2）世衛(wèi)組織對(duì)美國(guó)停止撥款的做法深感遺憾。
       The World Health Organization, or WHO, said on 15th April it regrets the US decision to halt funding to the organization and it was assessing the possible impact. 
      （3）4月12日，由中國(guó)軍事科學(xué)院陳薇院士團(tuán)隊(duì)研發(fā)的重組新冠病毒疫苗開(kāi)展世界首批二期臨床試驗(yàn)。
       On 12th April, the global first phase II clinical trials of rebuilt COVID-19 vaccine have been deployed by the team of Chen Wei, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and leader of Chinese Academy of Military Science.

      （1）4月16日數(shù)據(jù)顯示，中國(guó)70個(gè)大型城市三月份房?jī)r(jià)略有上漲，房市保持穩(wěn)定。
       China continued to see a generally stable housing market in March, with home prices in 70 major cities showing milder month-on-month increases, official data showed 16th Thursday.
      （2）世界油價(jià)下行，中國(guó)提高原油儲(chǔ)備。
       While oil price plunges will impact the global economy, which is already reeling from the coronavirus pandemic, China－the world's top crude importer－is likely to boost its oil reserves amid the bargain price environment, said insiders.
      （3）由于復(fù)工和有效控制新冠疫情等利好，中國(guó)的海運(yùn)經(jīng)濟(jì)正快速恢復(fù)。
       China's maritime economy has quickened work and production resumption with the weather warming up and the novel coronavirus epidemic brought under control, the Ministry of Natural Resources said Tuesday.

      （1）國(guó)際貨幣基金組織(IMF)4月16日表示，亞洲今年經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)將陷入停滯，為60年來(lái)首見(jiàn)。因新型冠狀病毒對(duì)于區(qū)域服務(wù)業(yè)及主要出口地構(gòu)成的打擊“前所未見(jiàn)”。
       Asia’s economic growth this year will grind to a halt for the first time in 60 years, as the coronavirus crisis takes an “unprecedented” toll on the region’s service sector and major export destinations, the International Monetary Fund said on 16th April.
      （2）國(guó)際能源署(IEA)4月15日預(yù)測(cè)，4月石油需求同比減少2,900萬(wàn)桶/日，降至25年來(lái)的最低水平。IEA并警告稱，產(chǎn)油國(guó)減產(chǎn)難以完全抵消近期需求下滑的影響。IEA預(yù)測(cè)2020年全球石油需求創(chuàng)紀(jì)錄地減少930萬(wàn)桶/日，盡管其稱產(chǎn)油國(guó)為應(yīng)對(duì)新冠疫情而采取的減產(chǎn)行動(dòng)是個(gè)“良好開(kāi)端”。
       On 15th April the International Energy Agency (IEA) forecast a 29 million barrel per day (bpd) dive in April oil demand to levels not seen in 25 years and warned no output cut by producers could fully offset the near-term falls facing the market.
       The IEA forecast a 9.3 million bpd drop in demand for 2020 despite what it called a “solid start” by producers following a record deal to curb supply in response to the coronavirus pandemic.

       4月15日，國(guó)務(wù)院召開(kāi)會(huì)議，提出將出臺(tái)一系列支持措施，幫扶企業(yè)盡快擺脫疫情影響。
       China will take solid steps to implement supportive measures for enterprises to help them through challenges, and boost employment for college graduates, according to an executive meeting of the State Council on 15th April.

       4月14日，美國(guó)衛(wèi)生組織干事加里薩稱，保持社交距離對(duì)防控疫情非常有必要，要對(duì)降低防控力度的做法保持高度謹(jǐn)慎。
       The Director of the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), Carissa F. Etienne, said that social distancing measures are giving our societies a chance to prepare and respond to the COVID-19 pandemic and that, any attempt to transition to more flexible measures should be taken with extreme caution.

       China private enterprises are taking action!

       4月14日，華為向南非政府捐贈(zèng)了四個(gè)華為云、人工智能（AI）診斷系統(tǒng)和四個(gè)熱掃描系統(tǒng)，以應(yīng)對(duì)疫情。
       南非衛(wèi)生部長(zhǎng)茲韋利·姆基澤周二在華為約翰內(nèi)斯堡總部接受捐贈(zèng)時(shí)表示，信息和通信技術(shù)（ICT）是我們抗擊這種病毒的另一個(gè)重要武器。人工智能是一種重要的診斷方法，將提高醫(yī)療成功診斷和治療感染患者的幾率。
       Leading ICT solutions provider Huawei donated four Huawei Cloud, Artificial Intelligence (AI) diagnostic systems and four thermal scanning systems to help South Africa's fight against COVID-19.
       South African Health Minister Zweli Mkhize said AI was an important diagnostic method that would boost his team's efforts to successfully diagnose and treat infected patients.
       "Using Information and communications technology (ICT) is another important weapon in our arsenal to fight against this virus," he said when receiving the donation at Huawei's Johannesburg headquarters on 14th April.

       7、飲食：首先對(duì)于新冠病毒，目前沒(méi)有藥到病除的特效藥，大多人（尤其年輕人）可以靠營(yíng)養(yǎng)治療康復(fù)，其中的關(guān)鍵是要攝入足夠的蛋白質(zhì)，張教授對(duì)輕癥患者的日常飲食要求：一天至少要保證兩個(gè)雞蛋、兩杯牛奶、一頓有魚(yú)、一頓有牛肉。（張教授認(rèn)為白粥和米飯蛋白質(zhì)含量是遠(yuǎn)不夠的）
       7. Diet: first of all, there is no specific medicine to eliminate the covid-19 at present. Most people (especially young people) can recover by nutritional treatment, the key is to take in enough protein. Professor Zhang's daily diet requirements for patients with mild illness: at least two eggs, two cups of milk, one meal with fish and one meal with beef a day. (Professor Zhang thinks that the protein content of porridge and rice is far from enough.)
       8、病例（上海）：目前以上海所有病例統(tǒng)計(jì)來(lái)看，小孩感染患者都是輕癥，80%患者通過(guò)飲食、中西醫(yī)輔助治療可自愈；20%患者需要依靠吸氧治療，兩個(gè)星期左右可自愈；只有3%~5%的重癥患者需要插管治療。
       8. Case (Shanghai): According to the statistics of all cases in Shanghai, the case of children are mild. 80% of the patients can recover themselves through diet and medicine; 20% of the patients rely on oxygen therapy, and can recover themselves within two weeks; only 3% - 5% of the severe patients need to be inserted.
       9、治愈后：1）治愈后基本不留后遺癥，不會(huì)出現(xiàn)類似SARS的肺纖維化；2）治愈后患者不會(huì)再傳染給他人；3）治愈后的抗體免疫力，目前吃不太準(zhǔn)，不能絕對(duì)說(shuō)有了抗體后以后就完全沒(méi)問(wèn)題。
       9. After cure: 1) after cure, no sequelae will be left basically, no pulmonary fibrosis similar to SARS will appear; 2) after cure, the patient will not infect others again; 3) after cure, the level of antibody immunity is doubtable, it can not be absolutely said that there will be no problem after the antibody.
