       中國民營經(jīng)濟(jì)國際合作商會(huì)創(chuàng)辦《中外民間交流》簡(jiǎn)報(bào)，其目的是在全球抗擊新冠病毒的背景下，讓國外民間組織和廣大朋友通過這一窗口，更多地了解中國和全球抗擊疫情的一些動(dòng)態(tài)，以及在抗擊疫情中的專家觀點(diǎn)、經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享、衛(wèi)生常識(shí)、企業(yè)合作和防護(hù)物資需求等相關(guān)信息，成為中外民間組織交流合作的一個(gè)平臺(tái)。簡(jiǎn)報(bào)每周兩期，希望她能夠?yàn)榇蠹規(guī)�來一些新信息、新情況、新渠道。愿我們通過交流成為好朋友、好伙伴！

       The purpose of "The Brief Report on non government exchanges between China and foreign countries ",  which was compiled and printed by China International  Chamber of Commerce for the Private Sector, is to let foreign non-governmental organizations and friends know more about the trends of China and the world in the fight against the novel coronavirus  through this window, as well as experts' opinions, experience sharing, sense of common health care knowledge,  information on enterprise cooperation and demand for protective materials, to make it becoming a platform for exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and foreign non-governmental organization. We hope it can bring you some new information, new situation and new channels. May we become good friends and partners through exchanges!

       4月2日，中國累計(jì)確診82394例，現(xiàn)存確診2834例。共有7個(gè)省無現(xiàn)存確診病例，1日新增55起，35為境外輸入。
       By 2nd April, the number of total confirmed cases is 82394, while existing case is 2834. No existing case in 7 of 34 provinces. 35 of 55 new case were imported case during last 24h.

      （1）全球確診病例突破93萬，死亡人數(shù)突破4.7萬。
       The number of COVID-19 cases surpassed 930,000 globally and more than 47,000 people have lost their lives.
      （2）4月1日，美國成為第一個(gè)確診人數(shù)突破20萬的國家,單日死亡人數(shù)也達(dá)到了創(chuàng)紀(jì)錄的884。 
       On April 1st, US became the first country with more than 200,000 COVID-19 and sets new single day record with 884 deaths. 
      （3）4月2日，西班牙確診人數(shù)超中國。 
       On April 2nd, the number of COVID-19 cases in Spain have surpassed the number of China. 
      （4）世衛(wèi)組織提醒歐洲各國，要防止疫情通過難民進(jìn)行擴(kuò)散。

      （1）4月2日，因流動(dòng)性已滿足需要，中國人民銀行取消計(jì)劃的逆回購操作。
       On 2nd April, the People's Bank of China (PBOC), the country's central bank, skipped reverse repos Thursday, citing reasonably sufficient liquidity in the money market.
      （2）4月2日，中國西藏自治區(qū)首府拉薩的214個(gè)宗教場(chǎng)所對(duì)外開放。
       Lhasa, capital of Tibet autonomous region, has resumed the operations of 214 religious sites in rural areas since Tuesday, as the COVID-19 outbreak has basically been brought under control in the region on 2nd April.
      （3）中國正在采取措施保證出口醫(yī)療物資的質(zhì)量。
       China has adopted new measures to ensure the quality of medical supply exports such as COVID-19 test kits and surgical masks, which are expected to offer more robust guarantees on these products, experts said on Wednesday.

      （1）4月1日，貝萊德(Blackrock) 董事總經(jīng)理Amer Bisat表示，受新冠疫情影響，2020年上半年全球經(jīng)濟(jì)可能萎縮11%，經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)出損失6萬億美元。
       On 1st April, Blackrock’s managing director Amer Bisat said on Wednesday that the world economy could contract by 11% in the first half of 2020 and lose $6 trillion in economic output due to the coronavirus pandemic.
      （2）國際能源署(IEA)周三發(fā)布的報(bào)告稱，全球新冠疫情危機(jī)將影響石油供應(yīng)鏈，并傳導(dǎo)至整個(gè)能源行業(yè)。
       The global crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic will be felt throughout oil’s global supply chains and ripple into other parts of the energy sector, the International Energy Agency (IEA) said in a report on Wednesday.

       3月31日，中國正采取措施減免小微企業(yè)稅費(fèi)，助力恢復(fù)生產(chǎn)。
       China is contemplating more measures to ease the tax burden of small and medium-sized enterprises, amid the accelerated production resumption, officials said on 31st March.

      （1）4月1日，中國工程院院士、國家衛(wèi)健委高級(jí)別專家組組長鐘南山認(rèn)為，疫情預(yù)計(jì)不會(huì)在中國第二次爆發(fā)。
       On April 1st, Zhong Nanshan, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and leader of high level expert group of national health commission, said that epidemic will not break out again in China.
      （2）《科學(xué)》雜志3月31日刊登文章指出，中國在疫情爆發(fā)的早期隔離措施可能避免了70萬例傳染。
       The China’s early confinement methods has potentially averted more than 700,000 additional cases, published by Science on 31st March .

       During the outbreak of epidemic in China, NEXT Federation send us a consolation letter.        China private enterprises are taking action!

       3月28日，為支援柬埔寨抗擊新冠疫情，紅豆集團(tuán)向柬埔寨捐贈(zèng)了100萬只口罩。這是由紅豆集團(tuán)西港特區(qū)公司協(xié)調(diào)，中方控股股東紅豆集團(tuán)緊急生產(chǎn)的口罩。對(duì)此，柬埔寨首相洪森夫人、柬埔寨紅十字會(huì)主席文拉妮致函感謝。
       On March 28, Hongdou Group donated 1 million masks to Cambodia to help Cambodia's fight against the COVID-19. 
       Prime Minister of Cambodia Mrs. Hun Sen and President of the Cambodian Red Cross Wen Lani sent a letter of thanks.

       The ability of nucleic acid detection in Hubei Province has increased from 300 to 35000 per day, and the time of feedback results has been shortened from 6 days to 4-6 hours. For suspected cases, febrile patients and close contacts, we should "do our best, send them for immediate inspection, and make them clear every day". 
       面對(duì)面流調(diào)：組成近1300個(gè)流調(diào)小分隊(duì)，貫徹防控工作方案和“四早”技術(shù)方案，僅在武漢市就累計(jì)完成1.2萬名病例流調(diào)，3.7萬名密切接觸人員追蹤調(diào)查。
       Face to face crowd examination: nearly 1300 crowd examination teams were formed to implement the prevention and control work plan and the "four early" technical plan. In Wuhan alone, examination of 12000 case and 37000 close contacts were completed.
